I’m no lawyer, but I’ve already received a couple of emails from out of state ammo stores offering to direct ship. I live in Los Angeles (which has its own restrictions), so there are still issues for me, but I’ve used a pal in nearby Culver City (incorporated city surrounded by LA – and pretty gun friendly, all things considered) that has received ammo for me.
I load or am well stocked with most of when I need. However, not so long ago I passed on a box of Super Spatterpruf to go with my small Gallery Gun collection just because of the hassle and premium importing into CA would cause. CA makes it confusing on purpose to understand these laws. It was never clear to me if my C&R was of any value with regards to ammo.

Went to the gun store today. Our Governor was given an emergency stay on the ammo law. He now has 21 days to make a decision on what he will do next. It’s amazing that he can do something in less than 24 hrs that it would take others up to 6 months to get done. What a Nuisance.. Pun intended. California always goes to a certain Judge and almost always gets their way. Hmmm.
