Average length of time required to obtain "factory letter" from Cody after submitting ser. no.

Cody letters take about a month.

The Colt Archives takes significantly longer than Cody. Our last Colt letters took about 6 months and we’ve had some take as long as 8-9 months.
Not outrageous; beyond outrageous! Considering, especially, how “little” these swindlers charge for their “services.” I’ve been waiting “only” three & half months for one for a modern S&W revolver. It’s a con game, but the chief blame falls on the factories which sold their records to the con artists who now control them.
