Appears to be a Winchester mould. At least one of the handles appears to be a replacement.

It is a Winchester Mold. They look like the original handles to me, but one of them has been abused and bent out of place. The solid plug inserted into the block is not original or a factory item and looks most likely they damaged the blocks when adding it. So it appears the blocks don’t line up properly, so I doubt it will cast a proper bullet.
