I am looking for one of the Winchester 1892 carbines that were made for the Argentinean Military and chambered in 45ACP.

It is my understanding that the Model 1892 Carbines you are referring to were actually purchased by the Santa Fe Argentinian Police force and are marked “POLICIA Prov. SANTA FE” (not military), and that their Police armory converted them from 44 WCF to 45 ACP after the fact. I do not believe that Winchester had anything to do with chambering them in 45 ACP.

Have one in my collection. Nice little gun with 16″ Barrel. They are common here in Europa. A big dealer buy all of them in the 70s from argentina.

Observe the European market. They cost around 500 Euros.
