OfflineRick,
It”s in good condition for it’s age (mfg. 1901). At some point the barrel was replaced wirh a .44 WCF Model 92 factory barrel. When I bought it I also got the original barrel, also in .44 WCF, but it’s bore condition is very poor with no visible rifling. I imagine the collector’s value is lost, but I enjoy shooting it just the same.
Is the sight you have a good match for this rifle’s
condition and is it functional?
Thanks,
Gus
