Used with Lee Universal Case Expander Die. Several different .25 cal. expander plug sizes offered to achieve your desired bullet/neck tension.
Lyman’s M-Die is another option.

Thanks, I did not know NOE had these!
I have the Lee expander but have not used it on the 25-20 cases I purchased it for.
