Andy, thank you for offering them, but the inside pivot ring, the center, is cracked and split pretty badly on the link on the left in the photo. That doesn’t mean they’re worthless, the other link and non broken parts have some value.

If you do not need original, check Les Shaver for replacements. Buffalo Arms also has toggles. They are both newly made and come with new pins.
