Hi all, I have a first year 71 deluxe that I am open to trading. The stock is in nice shape with no cracks. Additionally the bluing is nice for being 91 years old. I’m currently looking for a Ruger No. 1 in 458 Lott. If you or someone you know has one and would be interested in trade / partial trade plus cash, I can share images etc.

Thanks!

I recommend that you post several clear pictures of it.

That makes it a 1936 (second year) rifle versus a first year.  With the serial number, the exact date can be determined.

Thank you for clarifying, Bert. I have updated the title to represent 1936.

You are welcome.  Please send mee a PM with the full serial number so that I can include it in the research survey.
