Hi Jeff… I’m sure I can make that happen. 🙂 I’m still in need of a 1906 inner magazine tube… 18″ long. from chamber to end of outside tube… worn finish… to complete the task at hand.

I will check tonight, I think I have some 62 inner tubes but not sure about the 1906 but I will look. For some reason I thought you found one so I didn’t check.

So did I, but alas, they couldn’t locate what I needed…. if worse, comes to worse, I can punch out the retainer pin on one I have and remove 1/4″ then re-pin… it would be a last resort as my hands & eyes aren’t as functional as they used to be.

I checked my “stash” and I have an extra 62 inner magazine tube but it is 17.5″ in length of just the tube, not counting the follower or knurled end piece.
I can bring it to Cody if you think it will work but, unfortunately for you, it is almost new condition and won’t match the historic rifle unless you want to install a beat-up end piece on it but then you are back to driving out the pin……
