Hello all,
I can’t keep them forever so it’s time for someone else to care and enjoy these rifles. I will try here at WACA for a bit before listing them on Gunbroker. These are unique configuration and/or high condition, all original rifles. More photos coming tomorrow when it quits raining and warms up. Contact me if interested and I will put your names on a list for each. Please email me at [email protected]

Model 1894 SN 173454 Semi Deluxe 22″ 30 WCF Round barrel sporting rifle. $3500 SOLD!
According to the ARMAX survey of the first 353,999 rifles there were only 2,252 22″ sporting rifles manufactured. I do not have a factory letter for the rifle. The rear sight is closer to the receiver face as typical on short barrel sporting rifles and the fore end wood is the shorter 8 and 3/8th inches. Which is correct for short rifles.I feel very confident the rifle is original.

Model 1894 SN 278917 “Semi Deluxe” SRC 30 WCF Set triggers $3500 S O L D!
The Pistol Grip & Set Triggers letter. The checkering is not factory original. Gorgeous walnut stocks. 3 leaf Express sight with ALL 3 leafs! The Cody letter mentiones a monogram but that is part of the VERY fancy and intricate listing for the following serial number as shown in the ledger entry.

For those who have inquired about additional info. Here is the ledger entry for the Model 1892 SN 83762
And here is the letter information and matching assembly numbers on the butt plate and stock of the deluxe Model 1894 SN 261408. The front sight haas been replaced and there was a Lyman peep sight on it. I believe that I have one that I will add in. I am not going to remove the stock to look for assembly numbers on the tangs.
And yesterday was great day catching redfish down on the coast with a fly rod! One of 14 for the day!
