OfflineRespectfully, it would help if you posted pics. Without them we simply don’t know if the price is a great deal or not but that shipping charge is 2 to 3 times more than the average cost to ship a rifle. If that is what you are being charged, I would personally find a new FFL. That is $75 to $100 a buyer could pay you so don’t let them take your profit my friend! Hope to see pics on both your rifles and good luck!

OnlinePersonally I think the omission of pics demonstrated good judgment.

Mike unless you’re being Facetious my friend, I need an education on how to value a gun I can’t see! There is a NOS one listed on GB for 2k with lots of pics and appears to be in a true NOS condition. Having said that, is the one listed here a great deal? Perhaps, but how do we know if we can’t see it? Educate me please! Thanks

OfflineI admit that I am a bit of a “Tech not’. Please let me know if I can send you any other pictures. They are great NOS Rifles.
I am also a USMC Nam Grunt and my word is solid. One of my Commanding Officers was then Capt John Ripley. Lima Co, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marines from 4/67-12/67. On Easter Sunday in 1972 during his his 2nd Tour he spent 3 hours under fire setting explosives and took out the Dong Ha Bridge, stopping a very large column of NVA. He was Awarded The Navy Cross.
This March, 54 years later and 18 years after he passed, it was upgraded to The Medal of Honor! Hell of a LeaderI was honored to have served under.
