5. All transactions must be made through private communication between the buyer and the seller.

6. All transfers of money or barter are the responsibility of the buyer and the seller. WACA has no means for transferring funds or products and will not participate in any such transaction for any reason.

7. You are expected to know, understand and adhere to all state and federal laws regarding the sale and shipping of firearms and their related products.

8. This forum is for the sale of personal, collectible Winchester arms, accessories and memorabilia. Please do not post advertisements for stores, gun shops, or other commercial establishments or products in this forum. Such posts are subject to deletion without warning.

This forum has been posted in response to requests from several forum members and will remain in effect as long as these rules are adhered to by all.

Should any post violate any of these rules, the post will be immediately deleted and depending on the severity of the infraction, the member may be banned from participation in these forums.
