I’m finishing up the restoration of the aforementioned rifle and realize I do not have the Swiss buttplate screws. Does anyone have a set they’re willing to part with, and if so, how much? Or does anyone know of suitable substitutes?

The screws used to mount a Swiss butt plate on a Single Shot rifle were the same as those used for the standard crescent steel butt plates.

Thanks. It occurred to me that all the metal to wood screws for most of Winchester’s offerings were probably the same. Rear tang, some upper tangs and most buttplates were similar. Correct?
