is this the correct ramp for model 55? If production is  relevant it’s a four digit serial number

Bill,

No it is not… in fact, it is not even the correct rear sight. During its relatively short production run (1924 – 1932) Winchester used the same rear sight for all standard Model 55 Rifles… see the attached picture below
