All,

Just wanted to get some feedback on a Lyman sight I got with and 1894 takedown rifle.

It has a locking mechanism that I have not seen previously and wondering if any one else has.

Thanks,

Mark,

The lever is a later design of the Lyman tang sight and is very common. The sight you have is Lyman 2A. The 2 stands for a threaded in eye piece and the A stands for the lever lock.
