Go back to the Ebay listing and look at the picture of the bottom of the base and look for the spring! 

I didn’t think anyone was capable of making worse photos than myself, but this seller has done so.  The base is definitely not Beach, but the globe lacks the “tit” on the top of “true” Beaches, even the (apparently) WRA made ones. 

Can’t believe it’s already up to $175, considering especially the big bunch of repros imported a few yrs ago by the Cape Girardeau Outfitters.
