I have an older set of 3/4″ rings with a connecting bar, on the bar it says, “EASY ON” PAT. PEND, – I have the Stroebel Old Rifle Scopes book and do not readily see them in it, don’t mean I am not overlooking them. Is anyone familiar with these, who made them, did a particular gun manufacture or scope company use them, vintage????
Dan
Dan, a lot of times if there’s no maker marks on it, it’s pretty hard to tell, unless you get lucky and find someone who’s familiar with it. IMO!
Stroebel’s book doesn’t contain everything that’s needed, and some of his information has been proven inaccurate.
You might want to google the patent number, if it’s listed on the bracket. I’ve had luck doing that.
