How many model 25 were made in the riot shot gun or maby in a percentage?

There are no records from which that information (and answer) can be derived. That stated, with the relatively short production run and the total number of Model 25 shotguns manufactured alleged to be just 87,937 guns, it is probably safe to say that the number of Riot Guns was at most just a few thousand.
