OfflineJust made a deal to buy a WW1, US marked M1897 Trenchgun. I have not seen the gun yet. A friend is brokering the deal for me in Alabama.
These guns are really scarce with all original parts. The handguards are mostly missing or incorrect. I probably should have kept the two WW1 guns I had, but I went off in a different direction of collecting, and sold them both. Big Larry

Larry,
Since when are you getting back into trench gun collecting?
Since I was offered a real nice M1897 that is US marked for $2,000 and a $850 scope. I could not pass that up. I probably could make near $5000 profit if I sold it, which I am not going to do. Hey, I am old, but not a dummy. Big Larry
