Repairs in canada |Winchester Shotguns|Forum|Winchester Collector

I have a Model 97 12 gauge shot gun, it was my uncles and I want to repair it for his son ( my cousin)

My uncle carried this shotgun in his scabert on his horse for a lot of years and it has a lot of history from a cowboy who rode pasture on a ranch, looked after cattle his whole life. 

anyone know a good gun smith in Alberta or Canada. I have tried two now with this gun and both seem to not be interested in the repair
