Can anyone tell me what a model 40 skeet grade gun be worth 80% at least sk1 choke not a poly choke i know they are quite rare i know where there is 1 don’t know if I can buy it or not
The gun was used by a friend’s grandfather he was a sponsored shooter for winchester in that time frame the tournament grade gun i bought awhile back belonged to him as well just curious what to offer her for it

There are very few examples to go by of recent sales, however, if it has the original Cutts compensator and Lyman chokes, checkered/deluxe wood, and is otherwise in nice/original condition, I’d wager it’s worth $1200-1500, depending on condition and circumstances.
I have seen two listed for $1600 in the last 6 months. I bought the nicest one of the two in original condition (very nice) and it had both original Lyman chokes (skeet/full) and the original Lyman choke wrench with it. I paid $1375 shipped. It had sat for awhile listed at $1600+…
