Zach,
This is another highly altered (customized) gun. The stocks are not original, the vent rib is not original, and the recoil pad is not correct. Winchester introduced the Ventilated Rib in 1919, and the solid red rubber recoil pad in 1922.

Zach, You’re asking for thought’s, and I was thinking this might be another candidate for Tulsa, or another similar type show.
My reasoning is that you have more than a few to hang onto, from you’re late father, who looks like he enjoyed his collection, with what he could find during his time.
If it we’re me, with all of today’s, up to date knowledge that probably wasn’t available back when you’re father was collecting, I would hang on to what you want, and would like to have, whether it’s to shoot, Collect, or hand down, and keep the better, hard to find, more desirable, better condition, so called good guns that will always hold their value, as you can never go wrong. With what Bert has posted about this shotgun, it will always be what it is, an altered Winchester. A nice looking shotgun, all in all, but it’s not all original. There’s a buyer for everything, just depends on how much.
I’ll let the other members with more knowledge in this area voice they’re opinion on value.

For comparison purposes, last May I purchased a redone early skeet gun (marked WS1) that originally had a solid rib that was converted to a vent rib and upgraded wood. It also came with a complete 2nd barrel,(30″ full choke) forearm and mag tube assembly. My son was looking for a grouse gun at the time so it was perfect for that and the full choke barrel will do just fine for pheasants. I paid $500 for the whole deal on Gunbroker. It was not purchased for any collector value, just a great field gun meant to be used as such.
On another note, the barrel on yours looks awful short for a full choke, I would check it with a choke gauge and I would bet a few pesos the barrel has been shortened and is now cylnder bore for skeet shooting.
