I have a Model 12 Skeet WS-1 here, however I am pretty certain this is not the original stock. I believe the skeet models did come out with a recoil pad and not just a plastic butt plate, however I dont think this was the one!!. In fact this may not even be the original stock. Looks like a Monte Carlo trap stock. Considering the condition of the gun in general, that third picture would indicate pretty sloppy stock to receiver workmanship!! Clarification on what the deal is here would be appreciated. Thank you

Interesting Mike. That red pad is the pad I have seen mostly on Model 12’s that haven’t been cut or messed with. That pad of your’s is a Winchester pad right? Mine is a White Line Deluxe. Winchester were using Pachmyar recoil pads for a spell but I believe it was way after when this gun left the factory. Not sure I will never know for sure. thanks for your reply

Actually that is a repro pad I bought from Homestead awhile back as the original had deteriorated too much for my intended use. Sure turns heads on the Trap field and the full choke absolutely crushes birds when I do my part.
