Trying to help a buddy who lost one of the magazine cap screws on his Model 12. Can anybody tell me what size screws they are? Appear to be a #6, but the one I have won’t fit either the 40 or 48 thread. Thx. Skizzer

According to Brownell’s Encyclopedia of Modern Firearms, Parts and Assembly, Volume 1, the thread is an 8X40
