I’ve recently run upon a few guns owned by former employee Edward Ulrich. Where can I find information on him and his job at the Winchester plant? I’ve found a few articles in Double Gun but wanted to know about his career at the plant? Any ideas? Thanks.

I recommend getting in touch with Pauline Muerrle. If anyone knows anything about him, it will be her.

You could call him (207) 892-2726. He still has his business card posted in the “Winchester Collector”.
I have talked to him several times and find him to be very pleasant and a great treasure of untapped information.
For some unknown reason he seems to be overlooked by many of the contributors to the ‘Collector’.
