It’s only a barrel he’s asking about, not a rifle. Probably not an item in great demand, but my wild guess is around $300. Best way to get a realistic value is to list it on ebay & see what happens.
IF the barrel is in high condition, because of the rarity of the caliber I wouldn’t let it go for less than $500. Not saying the 219 is rare but a loose barrel in that caliber is. Try and find another for sale. I just sold a high condition 1894 SRC barrel in 30 WCF for $300 and these are pretty common………
