I was wondering if any one can tell me what some of the marks stand for under the forearm of my 1892 i can’t post pictures so i will describe best i can.Here we go .First a little info on the gun it is chambered in 25-20 wcf half octagon barrel takedown double set triggers.The marks on the barrel under the forearm from the chambered end a bold stamp 3 than the cal 25-20 than a small stamp 29 a vp with a circle around it a number 3 and a letter R with a square around it and last tow faint stamped letter s’s.I have the winchester book by maids but any help would be great thanks
