The exact number is not known since a complete survey of the records hasn’t been done. What I can tell you is a approximate numbers estimated by my survey I’m doing. So far I have 18,547 73’s in it and have 131 carbines in 32 caliber which is .7%. You extrapolate that out to the 720,610 73’s made and you come up with 5044 and you can reduce that further since since the first 32 carbine I have showed up around serial 124,000 which gets you to 4176 if the production was consistent through the years.
