I don’t see signs of lining from that picture. What I see is it has a good radius around the outside edge.

I honestly think it is an effect of the digital camera and the glare from the lighting. The outer barrel if lined would be paper thin near the muzzle end and net to impossible to have been bored that large for the entire length of the barrel.

I believe old guns is spot on, I checked dimensions once to possibly line a 92 chambered in 38-40. (round barrel) The liner was only .030″ smaller in diameter than the barrel diameter.
