Last summer I bought a group of guns from the Estate of a local Dr. The lady handling all of the sales was given my name as a resident “gun guy”. This rifle was in the mix and they believed it was a real gem with an $800.00 price tag. I quickly pointed out that the rifle had been completely refinished, and embellished, and that it was now considered to be a fancy shooter. She immediately cut the price in half, and told me she’d throw in all of the ammunition. I left with the group……

The ammo alone was a good grab!
That was my thought as well… (8) full boxes of .351 WSL factory ammo is easily worth the $400 price tag. You essentially got that rifle for $0 (free)! The 10-round magazine is worth $250 all by itself.

OfflineIf that 10-round magazine is a Winchester factory original, you got the rifle and the ammunition free.

so basically you robbed the widow because the ammo alone with a refinished rifle as well is worth 800.
😂 There was no widow. She had died years before him. Just a lady that handles estate sales. He had no children either.
I bought all of his guns…
There was a beautiful 94 in the bunch, and that was my main interest….

All three of them look very nice
Please provide the details for each of them. The one on the left appears to have a shorter than standard barrel?

I will get in touch with you Bert. That was actually the wrong photo, I’ve added the correct one. I have several 94s that you probably don’t have in your survey. I’ll pull them out of the safe soon and get you the information.
