The odds of finding an original stock to replace the broken one is astronomically high for a low production commemorative Model 94. Was it insured? If so, your best option is to try getting at least some of your money back by going after the entity who shipped it. Was it adequately packaged? If not, send it back to the person or dealer who packaged it and demand a full refund.

Yes sir it was packed very well and I was able to get $500 back for a new stock or repair from USPS. I wanted this rifle to bad too give it back. Going to check with a gunsmith in my area today about trying to fix it but was hoping to find a replacement stock. Sounds like that option is going to be impossible. Thanks for the info!
As you can see from this picture they did use that same checkered pattern on other Commemorative rifles, but that said it will still be hard to come by someone only selling the extra stock.
Try Ebay, it may take a while, but eventually one may turn up. There are other commemorative buttstocks for sale on it right now, but I don’t see any with that pattern checking.
Sincerely,
Maverick
