Hello Mark,
I stay busy with my continuing research and this forum (as well as a few other forums), and Yes, I do written appraisals when someone asks for one. To find a nice ’76, I highly recommend attending either the Denver show in May, or the WACA show in Cody the weekend following the 4th of July. Both shows will have many very fine specimens to add to a collection. I have added at least 8 to 10 new Model 1885 rifles to my collection since we last spoke… have you added any?

Bert , it looks like I will be missing the show in Cody by a week. Maybe I can figure out a way to get back there.
