This is the best phone photo I could get of stamps on a Model 1892 short rifle, 715426, in .44 cal.  I have no interest in purchasing this rifle but am curious about the marks.  Can anyone identify them?  Thanks in advance.

Ive seen similar before on an 1892 takedown.  I think there was a forum post a number of years ago referring to these particular markings and where they were located.  Been too long ago, cant recall the details.  Foreign, but cant remember if they are British or French or other.
