Sorry, but now the file size is so small the picture can’t be blown up to see any detail. I bet if you look on your computer you have some type of photo editing program. Microsoft Paint may be one that you have. I’m not sure if you can use this to change the file size?

This photo shows up on my screen as less than 1/2 inch by 1 inch. I can enlarge it to about an inch by three inches. It’s still very small and even more blurred.
