I have a deluxe Model 64 in 30WCF, it has the factory installed swivel bases but I can’t seem to find a set of swivels to fixt the gun. The aftermarket swivels I’ve checked have too short of a pin.  What type of swivel do I need to use on the gun so I can install a sling?? Thanks

Jim,

While I am not 100% sure about this, I suspect that the QD swivels used on the Model 70 rifles are the same as those used on the Model 64 Deer Rifle. Maybe one of our regulars was the correct catalog to look up the part numbers for them.

Bert, you are correct. Same swivels as model 70 Super Grade (1″ variety), 71 deluxe and the 52 Sporter as well. There were 2 widths of these made by Winchester to accommodate both the 1″ & 1-1/4″ wide sling. The 1″ is by far the more common and correct for the 64. They are always for sale on the internet sites. Here is a set:

I cannot vouch that they are originals, but seller should know.
