Did Winchester change the rate of twist in their model 64 barrels? If so, about what year or serial number?

How were the barrels rifled? Cut, broach or button?  Thanks.

In answer to your first question, No, they did not change the rifling twist rates.  To the best of my knowledge, all Model 64 barrels were cut rifled.
