It’s not quite time to plant tomatoes here, but it might be useful as a tomato stake; it’s no good for anything else!

Much of the time, the later manufactured 1892’s are in much better shape than the earlier ones. But not every time.

That old Model 92 rifle would be the perfect “truck” gun for all of you fellows that own & drive a Ford truck!

Actually I think it would be a better fit in any Stellantis owned vehicle. I buy American. No matter which, this rifle is a junk gun with maybe some minor usable parts.
Just like many of Us old timers, when the shine and finish is gone so also is the desire to fondle. Poor old gun.

I was just thinking it looked like something you’d find when Mama made you go out back and break up some ground for her tomato plants. Somebody gave the old girl a proper burial.
