Inherited 3 Winchesters and have a couple of questions on one, it’s a model 95 in 7.62x54r, it’s in a sporter configuration and has no Russian markings, would this have been made for the civilian market, think it was made around 1915, and has been in my family over 60yrs

Does it have this mark on the receiver and barrell? And does the reciever have the mounts to accept clips
