Yes, both are Model 1886’s. One is a .33 WCF and the other is a Bullard. Here is the model marking on (some) of the Bullards. This particular photo is from another Bullard I have:

Ironically, the Bullards in the pictures above are the, “small frame versions” (chambered for the .32 and .38 calibers). The, “large frame version” (chambered for .40, .45 and .50 calibers) and is indeed larger and longer.
Bullard’s feel very solid in all aspects. I will say the small frame version feels very thin in the hand.
