Unless you have personal documentation or a name engraved on the gun its probable a standard 66 musket and the date of manufacture is the only thing available depending on the serial number.

Are you saying that there are no shipping records exist on these rifles like on many Colt pistols for example?

All they have for the Winchesters are the warehouse ledgers. It will have the configuration and the date it entered the warehouse and the date it left and for the 66’s they don’t have all the records. When you get to the later guns after the turn of the century you might get a shipping destination. That gun if it letters will just say the that its a musket and the date it entered and date it left the warehouse since its a standard musket.
