OfflineIt sounds like a decent deal on your part, as the ammo is not cheap.
The serial number makes it a 1946 production receiver. It should still have the checkered versus serrated hammer.
If you get curious enough, please check the barrel date.

OfflineA standard Model 64 rifle in 32 W.S. is about the least desirable configuration that was made. The caliber is on the bottom of the list, and the plain configuration is at the bottom of the list. In that caliber, the bolt should not be milled for a sight. Can provide survey information for it?
