It is the limited edition 44/40 with longer octagon bbl and special case hardened blueing. Made in Japan, but labeled Winchester. I have had one on order since april…nothing yet.

I got mine last week  I also have the limited addition in 357 mag but the 44-40 is a more traditional caliber. Both are great looking with upper end walnut and great fit and finish. Both shoot great

Got mine in Oct. was very surprised to get one in the 44-40 cal. Living in Canada we don’t often have a lot of luck getting in on a limited  edition run especially a run of only 250. Beautiful gun. Phil.
