Is it by chance a PCMR Carbine ?  It is in the known serial number range of the 2,500 Model 94 Carbines sold to the Canadian Government to outfit the Pacific Coast Militia Rangers (in British Columbia).   I have serial number 1330649 documented in my research survey as a PCMR Carbine, manufactured on 4/25/1942.

The PCMR Carbines were all marked with the Canadian Broad Arrow on the left side of the receiver, butt stock, and forend stock.

You are welcome.  Nothing wrong with a very late pre-war Model 94 !
