Purchased a reblued and refinished Winchester is a poor way to start Winchester collecting. If you were looking for a shooter, that’s a different matter. But, you mentioned collecting. It looks like the tag on the carbine is three-thousand, four-hundred and something? If so, it is horrifically overpriced.

I sure hope it’s three hundred forty something.
Even I would endorse purchasing that carbine at that price – even $349 would be ok. And as Clarence suggests, it would be even better were it pesos. 345 pesos! Yes.
What DuckBlind has done is as unusual as it is smart–he asked for an opinion BEFORE he bought it! Time & again on this forum & others, such questions are asked AFTER the bad deal has already been made, the victim of that bad deal evidently seeking validation that he “did good”…when he did not. Why seek an opinion when it’s too late to do anything about it?
