Every factory pull through cleaner I’ve ever seen didn’t look anything like that one.

It was in the Poulin 6/23 auction. Had the clean kit in it but had a tang sight on it. I have never seen a kit like that.

I’m not claiming to be an expert, but that looks like Nylon string to me. Nylon wasn’t invented until 1935, so there is that.
To me it looks like parts of a gun cleaning kit from the 1950s. Plus what would you put the threaded brass cleaning tips into?
You’re still missing the cleaning rod to do so.
