I have 157508 in my collection. 45-70 Extra Light Weight 22″ Barrel
Is it a Take Down? Straight grip or pistol grip? Hard rubber butt plate? Which style upper tang marking type does it have? “Nickel Steel” or Nickel Steel Especially for Smokeless Powder” marked barrel?
Can you send me pictures of the gun?
Thanks,

I had both of your Model 1886 rifles documented in the survey, but I do not have 100% of the details. Specifically, the upper tang marking type on each rifle, and for s/n 155530, is the patent date marked on the lower tang?
