Chris:

Here is a nice circa 1919 Model 1892 SRC in .25-20 caliber for your survey.  All original except replacement sling ring.  It came from Sherwood's in Santa Fe about 15 years ago

  • Serial No. 873860

Hello Rick,

I appreciate the information on the carbine but I think Michael P. would be more interested--to add to his 1892 survey.  I am only collecting information on the 1892 Takedown rifles production & configurations.

Thanks,

Chris

Hello CPC,

Yes,  I am still at it!  Could you please send me detail photos of the barrel address, caliber stamp, and upper tang?  That serial number corresponds to late 1894 production.

Thanks

Michael
