Gary, 

I came across this one on GI.  I called and got the serial number–15132.  Surprised the seller didn’t have a letter for it.  A rare caliber for the short rifles if it checks out right with CFM.  It looks like the wood has been sanded/refinished though.

That’s a new one, and yes, a scarce caliber in my survey ……. only 4.23% of the pool. Looks like long wood, but I wish there was a pic of the entire gun to tell for sure.
