Found a Garand at a gun store that has been refinished and sits in a new stock. Anyone recognize these barrel markings?

That is a Dean’s Gun Restorations (DGR) barrel from February, 2006.  If Dean did the overhaul on that rifle it is top notch.

Regards,

JWA,

Thanks for that information. I had found Dean’s on a goggle search using some combo of Garand and DGR for the search. I wondered if that was what the DGR stamp meant.
