OfflineI’m guessing ballpark here, after WWII thru to the 1970s. Looks like injection molded plastic, which didn’t really come into use until after WWII.
Never seen that specific stand before, but that doesn’t mean anything.

I’ve seen them before, guessing from the ’60s, when many bad things began to happen in this country. Don’t see its advantage over a simple 3 piece wooden stand, which could be made in the factory’s own wood-working shop & shipped knocked-down. Somebody’s bright idea of “new & different,” like the post-64 guns.
